I made this tutorial to encourage people to start meal prepping. I describe the benefits of meal prepping and how it makes life easier. For a student, they can meal prep by thinking about what dining hall they are going to that day, and prepare in their mind what they are going to eat. A lot of students do live off campus, and they can use the traditional route to meal prepping. If a student dedicates part of their Sunday to grocery shopping, cooking, and meal prepping, then the rest of their week regarding food will be easier. They will save money and eat healthier from this. Students have busy lives, so having their meals ready to go is one less thing they need to worry about. I attached a link to my tutorial in this post!
People who are looking to eat healthy at Rutgers and to learn tips about meal prepping will find my video and they will find it helpful. I think people who want to learn about meal prepping, saving money, and eating healthy will find watching my video worthwhile. From the article, written by Christina Wolfe, she mentioned that she interviewed other people who also posted videos about DIY projects. I think it would be helpful to gain credibility for my video to have interviewed people who are into meal prepping, saving money, and eating healthy.
